Unfortunately, we can’t charge a flat rate for all our services such as custom fireplace installations, repairs or flue lining, but we can give you an estimate. In order to cover our overhead and provide the best service possible, we do charge a $200 fee for the service call on an inspection and $350 for a sweep and inspection when cleaning is necessary to inspect.
Our trained and certified technicians do a thorough evaluation and give you a detailed report covering everything you need to do to upgrade or repair your heating system to meet the strict regulations of the fire codes, make your system as safe and efficient as it can be and repair the damage or stop it in its tracks.
Repairs, waterproofing and installations require a 50% down payment to get started or financing for those that qualify.
